Tours at Operation Control Center
On November 3rd, and Tuesday, November 4th, members of Taxibaan had the unique opportunity to visit the Operations Control Center (OCC) at Schiphol-East: the beating heart of KLM’s operations! These tours were very inspiring, informative, and educational. Interns gained valuable insights into how the operational heart of KLM functions and everything involved in ensuring the smooth running of daily flights. Once again, many thanks to the colleagues at the Operations Control Center for the hospitality! We look back on a valuable and inspiring experience!
