Tour(s) at Operation Control Center (OCC)

On Thursday, April 9th, and Monday, April 20th, members of Taxibaan had the unique opportunity to visit the Operations Control Center (OCC) at Schiphol-East—the beating heart of KLM’s operations.

During these visits, interns gained valuable insights into the dynamic environment that manages daily flight operations. From real-time decision-making to coordinating aircraft and crew, the OCC plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth, efficient operations.

The tours were inspiring, informative, and educational, offering a clearer understanding of the complexity of airline operations.
