Tour at KLM Catering Services
A little while ago, on Tuesday November 25th, interns had the great opportunity to visit KLM Catering Services (KCS) and enjoy a fascinating behind-the-scenes tour! The visit began with a presentation by enthusiastic and motivated colleagues, who shared valuable insights into the daily operations at KCS. Afterwards, we were divided into small groups and given an exclusive look at what it truly takes to provide catering for all flights. From preparation to logistics, it was impressive to see the scale, precision, and dedication that goes into every meal served on board!
In addition to learning about the operational processes, we also gained insight into the various career opportunities within KLM Catering Services. Throughout the tour, there were plenty of opportunities to ask all our questions. Overall, it was an interesting, educational, and inspiring experience that gave us a new appreciation for the work happening behind the scenes. Many thanks to all the colleagues at KLM Catering Services for the warm welcome and for sharing their knowledge and insights with us!
