Crew Service Hub
On April 22nd, we had the opportunity to visit the Crew Centre (BMC). We gathered outside the building in the morning with all the other interns before starting our tour. The tour was really enjoyable and gave us a great look behind the scenes of airline crew operations. We saw where pilots and cabin crew check in their suitcases and how this process works. We also got to see the customs area specially made for pilots and flight attendants. One of the highlights was visiting the briefing rooms, where crews prepare for their flights. They discuss important details like the weather, flight route, and any special circumstances. It was fascinating to learn more about what goes on before a flight even takes off. We all had a great time and learned a lot!
